Sample data
What this is. A first layout for the replacement of WooCommerce Memberships, Subscriptions and the stock WordPress users.php. Two screens: a members list that can actually be filtered, and one member record that holds everything — subscriptions, orders, payment method, access, tags and history — so nothing needs looking up anywhere else. Every name and figure below is invented sample data. Built with Bootstrap 5 class names throughout.

Tags are set here and pushed outward, replacing the AutomateWoo bridge. Plan changes write tags automatically, so segments stay correct without anyone maintaining them.

NOTES

What this implies, and the parts still open

What the layout is doing

One record, no hopping.
Subscriptions, orders, card, access, tags and history are all on the member. Today they sit across Users, Orders, Subscriptions, Memberships and Stripe.
Access is computed, not assigned.
The matrix is derived from plans held. That kills the scattered rules across Memberships, nav-menu-roles, user-role-editor and the theme, and the malformed pipe roles with it.
Tags live here and push outward.
Replaces the AutomateWoo bridge. Plan changes write tags automatically so segments cannot drift.
The discount offer is a first-class action.
Pick, preview, send. Acceptance applies to the subscription and swaps the tag, with no manual coupon handling.
Search is one box.
Name, email, phone, order number or Stripe ID all resolve to the same record.

Still to settle

Stripe stays the billing engine.
The 845 live subscriptions keep running on their existing Stripe subscription objects. This console reads and writes them through the API. No card is re-tokenised, so nothing has to be re-collected from members.
Migration is a read, not a move.
Woo's subscription records map onto our own table, keyed by the Stripe subscription ID that already exists. Woo can stay installed and idle during a parallel-run period, then be switched off once the numbers reconcile.
Webhooks are the risk.
Renewal, failure and cancellation all arrive from Stripe. Whoever owns those handlers owns the revenue. This needs its own test plan before anything goes live.
Automations: local or Brevo?
Open. Transactional (offers, receipts, card-update prompts) is better built locally, where it can act on the subscription directly. Campaigns are better on an ESP. That split is worth deciding before either is built.
Not yet drawn:
Plans admin, the access-matrix editor, the revenue dashboard, refund flow, and the member-facing account page.
Bootstrap note. Every class here is Bootstrap 5. The stylesheet at the top is a hand-written subset covering only what this page uses, because the preview sandbox blocks CDN links. In the real build, delete the block between the BOOTSTRAP-SUBSET markers, load Bootstrap normally, and keep the hft- rules as the theme layer. The markup does not change.
